Resin Bound Surfacing was required at this new exciting vibrant development in the heart of south-west London. We installed our surface into the communal areas to be used by the occupiers of the properties as well as the business owners.
This new hospice on the outskirts of Cambridge was looking for a low maintenance, hard-wearing surface that would also look good against the newly built building. We worked alongside the main contractors of the site to ensure a fast and efficient job was done, completing in just one day, ready for use the next.
This TPV safety surfacing system was installed at West Purfleet Primary School in surrey to replace there faded and crystallised EPDM surface.
This pathway surrounding Wicks in Chichester was in need of regeneration. After one day of working our team had installed our Resin Bound System which made a massively noticeable improvement .
Buckstone Browne Gardens is a prestigious development of buildings in a historical part of the country.
We was asked to bring a new lease of life to the large tarmac drive-in-drive-out driveway/access road.

This central communal area was constructed as par of the parkside regeneration scheme.
In the heart of the East London community this newly refurbished park will be the home of the younger generation for many years to come.

S. Carter & Son were approached by landscaping company TVG Landscapes to complete this piece of Resin Bound work. The development is a lot of apartments and penthouses in the heart of Kingston-Upon-Thames. In total there is 120m2 of footpaths throughout the communal area of the apartments.
The buildings are newly built so the main contractor Crest Nicholson was really looking for a way to set these off. He chose to go with the resin bound surfacing which makes the new builds look fabulous.

S. Carter and Son were asked to complete the installation of the Resin Bound features at the Westfields Shopping Centre in Stratford by Cemplas. There are three main sections to the job each being broken up into smaller sections with the use of aluminium trims. Smaller sections measured on average 45 square metres.

S. Carter and Son provided a decorative, slip resistant surface to a sundeck and outdoor pool surround at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park, owned by Haven Holidays. S Carter and Son laid macadam to provide a firm base for the Resin Bound Surfacing, which was then mixed and applied at a thickness of 15mm.

Upon arrival at the Wilkinson Store in Newbury we found that the current floor was damaged and needed a lot of work doing to it to create the finish that they want. Firstly we needed to prepare the stock room floor. This consisted of cleaning and grinding the floor to a high standard so that the liquid screed could form a strong bond. Once we were happy with this the next step was to give the floor a strong primer coat, left over night and then a fresh primer coat the day that the screed is being applied.
Located on the West side of Maida Vale in an exclusive area, Sandringham Court is a historical building undergoing a significant residential redevelopment. The developers were keen to surround the apartments with surfacing to compliment the high level quality finish applied to the building. Through a series of consultative meetings we were able to advice the best solution using a Resin Bound System to enhance their investment.

S. Carter and Son won the contract to undertake work on a private school in Billericay. The kindergarten play area needed a lot of work doing to it to bring it to a standard that the owners of the school would be happy with. As well as this there were certain indoor areas that needed work. These areas consisted of toilets, shower rooms, and changing rooms.
The environmental agency in Rye have a dedicated team working tirelessly to preserve the wildlife and nature in their part of the country.
The existing surface of the Environment Agency’s yard area consisted of concrete slabs that had become uneven and indeed very dangerous in places. The Agency chose Resin Bound to provide a level solution capable of withstanding the regular heavy ‘traffic’ that is used this area. They were absolutely delighted with our product that will last them many years of trouble free surfacing.
